ASPHALT CONCRETE COMPOSITION HAVING WATERPROOF FUNCTION AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING SAME
The present invention provides an asphalt concrete composition and a construction method using the same, wherein the composition contains, on the basis of 100 parts by weight of asphalt, 50-1,000 parts by weight of aggregate; 10-80 parts by weight of a polymer resin; 20-50 parts by weight of a cross-linked polyacrylate salt; 30-60 parts by weight of a binder resin; 10-50 parts by weight of silica; 2-30 parts by weight of a curing agent; 10-50 parts by weight of an anti-deformation agent; 5-30 parts by weight of an anti-peeling agent; 3-20 parts by weight of an anti-oxidant; and 2-15 parts by weight of a filler. The asphalt concrete composition according to the present invention does not easily cause plastic deformation, aging, and/or peeling, and can prevent infiltrating water and portholes, reduce noise, and perform road pavement at low costs.
La présente invention concerne une composition de béton bitumineux et un procédé de construction utilisant celle-ci, la composition contenant, sur la base de 100 parties en poids d'asphalte, de 50 à 1000 parties en poids d'un agrégat ; de 10 à 80 parties en poids d'une résine polymère ; de 20 à 50 parties en poids d'un sel de polyacrylate réticulé ; de 30 à 60 parties en poids d'une résine liante ; de 10 à 50 parties en poids de silice ; de 2 à 30 parties en poids d'un agent de durcissement ; de 10 à 50 parties en poids d'un agent anti-déformation ; de 5 à 30 parties en poids d'un agent anti-pelage ; de 3 à 20 parties en poids d'un anti-oxydant et de 2 à 15 parties en poids d'une charge. La composition de béton bitumineux selon la présente invention ne provoque pas facilement de déformation plastique, de vieillissement et/ou de décollement, peut empêcher les infiltrations d'eau et les nids-de-poule, réduire le bruit et permettre le revêtement de routes à faible coût.
