BOARD FOR INTERIOR BUILDING MATERIALS AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR, AND INTERIOR BUILDING MATERIAL USING BOARD
The present invention relates to a board for interior building materials, the board comprising: a first grout/reinforcement layer; a core layer formed on the first grout/reinforcement layer; and a second grout/reinforcement layer formed on the core layer, uses a foam for the core layer, and can thereby provide a board for interior building materials that has excellent cushioning and sound insulation properties, can absorb shocks and is lightweight. In addition, the board for interior building materials of the present invention uses a foam for the core layer, and a non-woven fabric for the first grout/reinforcement layer and the second grout/reinforcement layer, and thermally-laminates the same so as to manufacture a board for interior building materials having the first grout/reinforcement layer and the second grout/reinforcement layer formed in a lower part and an upper part with the core layer as the centre, and can therefore provide a board for interior building materials having excellent water-resistance and grout-stability.
La présente invention concerne une planche pour matériaux de construction intérieurs, la planche comprenant : une première couche de renfort/coulis ; une couche centrale formée sur la première couche de renfort/coulis ; et une seconde couche de renfort/coulis formée sur la couche centrale, utilise une mousse pour la couche centrale, et peut ainsi fournir une planche pour matériaux de construction intérieurs qui présente d'excellentes propriétés d'isolation sonore et d'amortissement, peut absorber des chocs et est légère. En outre, la planche pour matériaux de construction intérieurs selon la présente invention utilise une mousse pour la couche centrale, et un non-tissé pour la première couche de renfort/coulis et la seconde couche de renfort/coulis, et stratifie thermiquement ce dernier de façon à fabriquer une planche pour matériaux de construction intérieurs ayant la première couche de renfort/coulis et la seconde couche de renfort/coulis formées dans une partie inférieure et une partie supérieure avec la couche centrale comme centre, et peut ainsi fournir une planche pour matériaux de construction intérieurs ayant une excellente résistance à l'eau et une excellente stabilité de coulis.
