Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Kupfer-Keramik-Verbund, umfassend: - ein Keramiksubstrat, das Aluminiumoxid enthält, - eine auf dem Keramiksubstrat vorliegende Beschichtung aus Kupfer oder einer Kupferlegierung, wobei das Aluminiumoxid einen mittleren Korn-Formfaktor Ra(Al2O3), bestimmt als arithmetischer Mittelwert aus den Formfaktoren R der Körner des Aluminiumoxids, von mindestens 0,4 aufweist.
The invention relates to a copper-ceramic composite comprising: - a ceramic substrate containing alumina; - a copper or copper alloy coating on the ceramic substrate; the alumina has a mean grain shape factor Ra(Al2O3), defined as the arithmetic mean of the shape factors R of the alumina grains, of at least 0.4.
L'invention concerne un composite cuivre-céramique comprenant un substrat céramique qui contient de l'alumine, un revêtement en cuivre ou en alliage de cuivre situé sur le substrat céramique, l'alumine présentant un facteur de forme de grain moyen Ra(Al2O3) d'au moins 0,4, déterminé en tant que valeur moyenne arithmétique à partir des facteurs de forme R des grains d'alumine.
