HIGH-PERFORMANCE PERMEABLE CRYSTALLINE WATERPROOF AGENT, ITS PREPARATION METHOD AND WATERPROOF CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF
A high-performance permeable crystalline waterproof agent made by mixing the primary materials comprising cement, silica sand and silica powder which is industrial waste, with diatomite, bentonite, surface active agent, hardening accelerator and viscosifier at a certain rate, and its preparation method. A construction method of a high-performance permeable crystalline waterproof agent, which comprises preparing waterproof basal surface, mixing waterproof agent, waterproof construction, spraying lime water on surface of waterproof layer, curing waterproof layer and waterproof test. It achieves waterproofing of the structure by forming an insoluble hydrate within a capillary pore which is a main channel of water leakage in the concrete or the consolidated cement mortar, thereby changing the concrete or the consolidated cement mortar into a waterproof and dense monolithic structure.
L'invention concerne un agent étanche à l'eau, cristallin, perméable, haute performance obtenu par mélange des matériaux primaires comprenant du ciment, du sable de silice et de la poudre de silice, qui est un déchet industriel, avec de la terre de diatomées, de la bentonite, un agent tensioactif, un accélérateur de durcissement et un épaississant à un certain taux, et un procédé pour sa préparation. L'invention concerne un procédé de construction d'un agent étanche à l'eau, cristallin, perméable, haute performance, qui comprend la préparation d'une surface de base étanche à l'eau, le mélange de l'agent étanche à l'eau, la construction étanche à l'eau, la pulvérisation d'eau de chaux à la surface de la couche étanche à l'eau, le durcissement de la couche étanche à l'eau et le test d'étanchéité à l'eau. Elle permet d'obtenir une étanchéité à l'eau de la structure par la formation d'un hydrate insoluble dans un pore capillaire qui est un canal principal de fuite d'eau dans le béton ou le mortier de ciment consolidé, ce qui permet de modifier le béton ou le mortier de ciment consolidé en une structure monolithique étanche à l'eau et dense.
