SAND-BASED COMPOSITE MATERIAL AND METHOD FOR PREPARING SAME
A composite material according to an embodiment is a sand-based composite material, said sand-based composite material comprising: a sand preform that includes sand particles bound by a binder and is porous due to empty spaces in-between at least sand particles; and a filler that fills and thereby permeates, up to at least a predetermined depth from the surface of the sand preform, the empty spaces in-between the sand particles.
Un matériau composite selon un mode de réalisation est un matériau composite à base de sable, ledit matériau composite à base de sable comprenant : une préforme en sable qui comprend des particules de sable liées par un liant et qui est poreuse en raison au moins d'espaces vides entre les particules de sable ; et une charge qui remplit et pénètre ainsi jusqu'à au moins une profondeur prédéterminée à partir de la surface de la préforme en sable, les espaces vides entre les particules de sable.
일 실시예에 따른 복합소재는 샌드 기반 복합 소재이며, 일 실시예에 따른 샌드 기반 복합소재는 바인더에 의해 결착된 샌드 입자들을 포함하며, 적어도 샌드 입자들 사이의 빈 공간에 의해 다공성을 갖는 샌드 프리폼(sand preform); 상기 샌드 프리폼의 표면으로부터 적어도 일정 깊이까지, 상기 샌드 입자들 사이의 빈 공간을 채우며 침투한 필러;를 포함한다.
