A SIGN ASSEMBLY
Disclosed is a sign assembly, which may be secured to any surface including but not limited to the surface of a road, footpath, curb or other surface to give directions or other information to passers-by. The sign assembly comprises a support and an indicia-bearing component. The support is arranged to be secured to a surface and has a first interlocking member. The indicia-bearing component has a second interlocking member. The first and second interlocking members are arranged to interlock with one another to secure the indicia-bearing component to the support. The support further comprises a first opening and a passage extending therefrom, wherein the first opening and the passage lie in a common plane and the first interlocking member is located in the passage. At least a portion of one or both of the indicia- bearing component and the support is resiliently deformable to allow for the second interlocking member to be received in the passage and engage with the first interlocking member to effect mutual interlocking of the first and second interlocking members.
L'invention concerne un ensemble panneau indicateur pouvant être fixé à n'importe quelle surface comprenant, mais sans y être limité, la surface d'une route, d'une voie piétonne, d'un trottoir ou toute autre surface, afin de donner des directions ou d'autres informations à des passants. L'ensemble panneau indicateur comprend un support et un élément portant des indices. Le support est conçu pour être fixé à une surface et comprend un premier élément de verrouillage. L'élément portant des indices possède un second élément de verrouillage. Les premier et second éléments de verrouillage sont conçus pour se verrouiller l'un avec l'autre afin de fixer l'élément portant des indices au support. Le support comprend en outre une première ouverture et un passage s'étendant à partir de cette dernière, la première ouverture et le passage se trouvant dans un plan commun et le premier élément de verrouillage étant situé dans le passage. Au moins une partie de l'élément portant des indices et/ou du support est élastiquement déformable afin de permettre au second élément de verrouillage d'être reçu dans le passage et de venir en prise avec le premier élément de verrouillage afin d'effectuer un verrouillage mutuel des premier et second éléments de verrouillage.
