BINDER COMPOSITION, MOLDED BODY, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING MOLDED BODY
Provided are: a binder composition which has excellent mechanical characteristics such as strength and modulus of elasticity and for which formaldehyde is not used as an ingredient; a molded body for which the binder composition is used; and a method for producing a molded body for which the binder composition is used. The binder composition includes a non-reducing sugar, an unsaturated monocarboxylic acid ammonium salt, and an inorganic acid ammonium salt. For example, the non-reducing sugar is at least one kind selected from the group consisting of trehalose, isotrehalose, sucrose, and isosucrose, which are disaccharides, and raffinose, which is a trisaccharide.
La présente invention concerne : une composition liante qui présente d'excellentes caractéristiques mécaniques telles que la résistance et le module d'élasticité et qui ne fait pas appel au formaldéhyde comme ingrédient ; un corps moulé pour lequel la composition liante est utilisée ; et un procédé de production d'un corps moulé pour lequel est utilisée la composition liante. La composition liante comprend un sucre non réducteur, un sel d'ammonium d'acide monocarboxylique insaturé, et un sel d'ammonium d'acide inorganique.
