METHOD FOR PRODUCING GLASS PANEL UNIT, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING GLASS WINDOW
The purpose of the present invention is to arrange a gas adsorption material in a place which is not easy to see, and prevent the arrangement of the gas adsorption material from affecting the adhesive properties of a sealing material, when producing a glass panel unit. A gas adsorption material (4) is arranged on one surface of a first substrate (1) in the thickness direction, and/or one surface of a second substrate (2) in the thickness direction. The gas adsorption material (4) has a shape in which relatively high portions and low portions are alternately arranged. The gas adsorption material (4) is positioned along a sealing material (5) which bonds the first substrate (1) and the second substrate (2) together.
Selon l'invention, lors de la fabrication d'une unité de panneaux de verre, un agent adsorbant le gaz est disposé en un endroit difficile à voir, et l'influence de la disposition de cet agent adsorbant le gaz sur les propriétés d'adhésion d'un matériau de scellement, est limitée. L'agent (4) adsorbant le gaz est disposé sur une face appartenant à un premier substrat (1) dans la direction épaisseur de celui-ci, et/ou sur une face appartenant à un second substrat (2) dans la direction épaisseur de celui-ci. L'agent (4) adsorbant le gaz présente une forme telle que des portions relativement hautes et des portions basses sont rangées en alternance. L'agent (4) adsorbant le gaz est positionné le long du matériau de scellement (5) liant le premier et le second substrat (1, 2).
