Die Erfindung betrifft einen Bodenbelag als Belag für einen Unterboden (20), wobei der Bodenbelag (10) eine Schicht aus einem aushärtbaren Material (45) aufweist, das im fertigen Zustand des Bodenbelags (10) ausgehärtet ist und in welches mindestens ein elektrisches Bauelement (90) eingebettet ist, wobei das elektrische Bauelement (90) eine in Einbaulage dem Unterboden (20) zugewandte Unterseite (U) und eine zur Unterseite (U) entgegengesetzte Oberseite (O) aufweist. Es ist vorgesehen, dass das mindestens eine elektrische Bauelement an mindestens einem Oberflächenabschnitt, insbesondere der Oberseite (O) und/oder der Unterseite (U), einen Haftvermittler (98) für das aushärtbare Material (45) und/oder mindestens eine Aussparung (93), die sich von seiner Oberseite (O) zu seiner Unterseite (U) erstreckt, aufweist.
