Die Erfindung betrifft einen Schubstangenverschluss (i) für ein Schaltschrankgehäuse, mit einer an einer Innenseite (2) einer Schaltschranktür (100) angeordneten, linear verstellbaren Schubstange (3), die mit einem Koppelstück (4) von der Innenseite (2) durch die Schaltschranktür (100) hindurch ragt, wobei ein über eine der Innenseite (2) gegenüber liegende Außenseite (5) der Schaltschranktür (100) aufgesetztes Türschlossschild (6) mit einem mit dem Koppelstück (4) gekoppelten Betätigungsglied (7) über eine Pilzkopfzapfenverbindung (8) an der Schaltschranktür (100) festgelegt ist, wobei über das Betätigungsglied (7), das zwischen einer ersten Offenstellung und einer ersten Schließstellung verstellbar ist, die Schubstange (3) zwischen einer zweiten Offenstellung und einer zweiten Schließstellung verstellbar ist, wobei die Pilzkopfzapfenverbindung (8) zumindest dann in einer Freigabeposition angeordnet ist, in der das Türschlossschild (6) von der Schaltschranktür (100) abnehmbar ist, wenn die Schubstange (3) in der zweiten Schließstellung und das Betätigungsglied (7) in einer Zwischenstellung zwischen der ersten Offenstellung und der ersten Schließstellung angeordnet ist, und wobei die Pilzkopfzapfenverbindung (8) eine Verriegelungsposition einnimmt, wenn bei in der Freigabeposition auf der Schaltschranktür (100) aufgesetztem Türschlossschild (6) das Betätigungsglied (7) aus der Zwischenstellung in die zweite Schließstellung überführt ist.
