SCHARNIER FÜR EIN SCHALTSCHRANKGEHÄUSE SOWIE EIN ENTSPRECHENDES SCHALTSCHRANKGEHÄUSE UND MONTAGEVERFAHREN
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Scharnier (1) für ein Schaltschrankgehäuse, mit einer ersten und einer zweiten Scharnierhälfte (2, 3), die über einen Scharnierbolzen (4) miteinander verbindbar und um eine Längsachse (x) des Scharnierbolzens (4) zueinander verschwenlcbar sind, wobei sich der Scharnierbolzen (4) in einer Freigabeposition nur in die erste oder die zweite Scharnierhälfte (2, 3) und in einer Verriegelungsposition sowohl in die erste als auch in die zweite Scharnierhälfte (2, 3) hinein erstreckt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Scharnierbolzen (4) sowohl in der Freigabeposition als auch in der Verriegelungsposition über mindestens eine Federspange (5) lösbar arretiert ist. Es wird weiterhin ein entsprechendes Schaltschrankgehäuse sowie ein entsprechendes Verfahren zur Montage eines Türelements an einem Schaltschrankkorpus beschrieben.
The invention relates to a hinge (1) for a switchgear cabinet housing, comprising a first and a second hinge half (2, 3), which can be connected to each other by means of a hinge pin (4) and which can be pivoted relative to each other about a longitudinal axis (x) of the hinge pin (4), the hinge pin (4) extending only into the first or the second hinge half (2, 3) in a release position and extending into both the first and the second hinge halves (2, 3) in a locking position, characterized in that the hinge pin (4) is releasably locked by means of at least one spring clip (5) both in the release position and in the locking position. The invention further relates to a corresponding switchgear cabinet housing and to a corresponding method for mounting a door element on a switchgear cabinet body.
L'invention concerne une charnière (1) pour un boîtier d'armoire de commande. La charnière comprend une première et une deuxième moitié (2, 3) qui peuvent être reliées l'une à l'autre par l'intermédiaire d'un axe (4) de charnière et qui peuvent pivoter l'une par rapport à l'autre autour d'un axe longitudinal (x) de l'axe (4) de charnière. L'axe (4) de charnière s'étend dans une position de libération uniquement à l'intérieur de la première ou de la deuxième moitié (2, 3) de charnière et s'étend dans une position de verrouillage aussi bien à l'intérieur de la première que de la deuxième moitié (2, 3) de charnière. L'invention est caractérisée en ce que l'axe (4) de charnière est bloqué de manière libérable aussi bien dans la position de libération que dans la position de verrouillage par l'intermédiaire d'au moins une pince (5) à ressort. L'invention concerne en outre un boîtier correspondant d'armoire de commande ainsi qu'un procédé de montage correspondant d'un élément de porte sur un corps d'armoire de commande.

Es wird weiterhin ein entsprechendes Schaltschrankgehäuse sowie ein entsprechendes Verfahren zur Montage eines Türelements an einem Schaltschrankkorpus beschrieben.
