AGENTS FOR ENHANCING CEMENT STRENGTH
A method of forming a cement composition. The method comprises adding to a hydraulic cementitious material a first strength-enhancing agent and a second strength-enhancing agent, wherein the content of total alkali (Na20 equivalent) in the hydraulic cementitious material is less than or equal to 0.7% by weight of the cementitious material. The first strength- enhancing agent includes a compound represented by structural formula (I): and the second strength-enhancing agent is sodium sulfate, potassium sulfate, or a mixture thereof. The example values of the variables in structural formula (I) and the example amounts of the first and second strength-enhancing agents being added are defined herein.
L'invention concerne un procédé de formation d'une composition de ciment. Le procédé consiste à ajouter, à un matériau cimentaire hydraulique, un premier agent d'amélioration de la résistance et un second agent d'amélioration de la résistance, la teneur en alcali total (Na 2 0 équivalent ) dans le matériau cimentaire hydraulique étant inférieure ou égale à 0,7 % en poids du matériau cimentaire. Le premier agent d'amélioration de la résistance comprend un composé représenté par la formule développée (I) : et le second agent d'amélioration de la résistance est du sulfate de sodium, du sulfate de potassium, ou un mélange de ceux-ci. Les exemples de valeurs des variables dans la formule développée (I) et les exemples de quantités ajoutées des premier et second agents d'amélioration de la résistance sont définis dans la description.
