SAFETY DEVICE FOR PREVENTING HANDS FROM BEING STUCK IN ELEVATOR BY USING CAMERA
The present invention relates to a safety device for preventing a hand from being stuck by controlling the opening and closing of a door by using a camera when the hands of a person are stuck in a space between an elevator door and a door frame, the device comprising: one or more cameras (20) provided to be buried in the door frame (10) so as to enable the left and right edges of the door frame (10) adjacent to the elevator door (D) to be observed; a camera controller (30) connected to the cameras (20) so as to control target graphics (TG) of the cameras (20), and sensing the discontinuity of the target graphics (TG); and an elevator controller (EC) and a door controller (DC) connected to the camera controller (30), wherein the cameras (20) form the narrow and long target graphics (TG) over the full length of the door frame (10) along the edges of the door frame (10), and when the camera controller (30) detects the discontinuity of the target graphics, which is generated when the hands of a passenger or an external object hides or cuts-off the target graphics (TG), the operation of the door stops or the opening and closing speed thereof is slowed down by means of the elevator controller (EC) and the door controller (DC).
