THERMALLY INSULATED SHUTTER OR BLIND
The invention relates to a shutter or bfind arrangement for mounting adjacent a window (16) or door. The arrangement has multiple elongate parallel slats (12) which are juxtaposed to form together a planar window screen and which are inclined, or which are mounted for rotation and able to be inclined, to the plane of the window screen, providing openings (13) between the slats for passage of light A sheet (18) arranged alongside the window screen covers the area of the window screen, so that when the arrangement is mounted for use the sheet is interposed between the window screen and the window or door. The sheet is provided with a peripheral seal, and provides a barrier to passage of air through the shutter or blind arrangement.
L'invention concerne un agencement de volet ou de store destiné à être monté de façon adjacente à une fenêtre (16) ou à une porte. L'agencement comporte de multiples lames parallèles allongées (12) qui sont juxtaposées pour former ensemble un écran de fenêtre plat et sont inclinées, ou qui sont montées rotatives et peuvent être inclinées par rapport au plan de l'écran de fenêtre de manière à former entre les lames des ouvertures (13) laissant passer la lumière. Une feuille (18) aménagée le long de l'écran de fenêtre couvre la surface de l'écran de fenêtre, de sorte que lorsque l'agencement est monté à des fins d'utilisation, la feuille se place entre l'écran de fenêtre et la fenêtre ou la porte. La feuille est pourvue d'un joint périphérique, et forme une barrière au passage de l'air à travers l'agencement de volet ou de store.
