PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blind shutter that can be suitably used by holding an opening between struts in a half-opening state in which ventilation properties and shielding and crime prevention properties are both obtained in a well-balanced state.SOLUTION: A blind shutter 1 has operation means, used to adjust elevation and tilting angles of struts 3, provided with a mode selector key for setting and resetting a "crime-preventive ventilation mode" in which ventilation and shielding/crime prevention properties can be both obtained in a well-balanced state. When the "crime-preventive ventilation mode" is selected through the mode selector key 94, the struts 3 are moved down to bottom positions, and then stopped and held at a preset angle within a range of 55-65° to a horizontal plane.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】 スラット間の開口を、通風性と遮蔽・防犯性とをバランスよく両立できる半開状態に保持して好適に使用しうるブラインドシャッターを提供する。【解決手段】 ブラインドシャッター１は、スラット３の昇降及び傾斜角度の調整に供される操作手段に、通風性と遮蔽・防犯性とをバランスよく両立し得る「防犯通風モード」の設定及び解除を行うためのモード切替キーが設けられている。モード切替キー９４を介して「防犯通風モード」が選択されると、スラット３が最下位置まで下降した後、あらかじめ設定された、水平面に対して５５度〜６５度の範囲内の角度に停止して保持される。【選択図】 図７
