The invention relates to a centring device (10) for mounting on a reinforcing bar (12) of the concrete rebar type before insertion of the reinforcing bar (12) into a borehole, characterised in that it comprises two half-shells (16, 18) designed to be fixed one on top of the other, clamping a section (20) of the reinforcing bar (12) therebetween, each half-shell (16, 18) comprising fixing elements (22) that cooperate with complementary fixing elements (24) arranged on the other half-shell (16, 18), and each half-shell (16, 18) comprising a centring member (34) designed to come into contact with the inside wall of the borehole after insertion in order to centre the reinforcing bar (12) in the borehole. The invention also relates to a method for fitting a reinforcing bar (12) in a borehole.
L'invention propose un dispositif de centrage (10) prévu pour être monté sur une barre de renfort (12) du type fer à béton avant l'insertion de la barre de renfort (12) dans un trou de forage, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte deux demi-coquilles (16, 18) prévues pour être fixées l'une sur l'autre en enserrant un tronçon (20) de la barre de renfort (12), chaque demi-coquille (16, 18) comportant des éléments de fixation (22) coopérant avec des éléments de fixation complémentaires (24) agencés sur l'autre demi-coquille (16, 18), et chaque demi-coquille (16, 18) comportant un organe de centrage (34) prévu pour venir au contact de la paroi interne du trou de forage après l'insertion en vue d'assurer le centrage de la barre de renfort (12) dans le trou de forage.
