A ceramic substrate that is formed from a polycrystalline ceramic and has a supporting main surface. At the supporting main surface, the average value of the crystal grain size of the polycrystalline ceramic is at least 40 μm but less than 500 μm, and the standard deviation is less than 1.5 times the average value.
L'invention concerne un substrat en céramique formé à partir d'une céramique polycristalline et qui présente une surface principale de support. Au niveau de la surface principale de support, la valeur moyenne de la taille de grain cristallin de la céramique polycristalline est d'au moins 40 µm mais inférieure à 500 µm, et l'écart type est inférieur à 1,5 fois la valeur moyenne.
セラミック基板は、多結晶セラミックから構成され、支持主面を有するセラミック基板である。セラミック基板は、支持主面において、多結晶セラミックの結晶粒径の平均値が４０μｍ以上５００μｍ未満であり、標準偏差が上記平均値の１．５倍未満である。
