TUNNEL CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING GROUTING TECHNOLOGY
The present invention relates to a tunnel construction method using a grouting technology, wherein when the length of the first excavation section is A1, the first excavation is performed over a shorter length by ΔB1 than A1, that is, only up to a section corresponding to the length of A1-ΔB1. Subsequently, the second excavation is performed seamlessly over the length of the second excavation section, A2. The excavation speed or excavation time of an initial section ΔB2 is controlled such that the compressive strength of a grout material injected into the section A2-ΔB2 is 5kgf/cm2 or higher during the excavation of the section ΔB2. A similar excavation method is also applied to the third to nth unit excavation sections. Accordingly, the waiting time for curing of the grout material is reduced, and thus the tunnel excavation time can be shortened.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de construction de tunnel utilisant une technologie de cimentation où, lorsque la longueur de la première section d'excavation est A1, la première excavation est effectuée sur une longueur inférieure de ΔB1 par rapport à A1, c'est-à-dire uniquement jusqu'à une section correspondant à la longueur A1-ΔB1.
