Problem to be Solved To provide an alumina sintered body, abrasive grains, and a grinding wheel having high hardness and excellent wear resistance. Solution Provided is an alumina sintered body including an inner layer in which alumina crystal grains contained have an average aspect ratio of 1.0 to 2.0 and an outer layer which covers at least a part of the inner layer from outside and in which alumina crystal grains contained have an average aspect ratio of more than 2.0, the alumina sintered body being free from silicon except unavoidable impurities.
[Problème] Fournir un corps fritté en alumine, des grains abrasifs, et une meule présentant une dureté élevée et une excellente résistance à l'usure. [Solution] L'invention concerne un corps fritté en alumine comprenant une couche interne dans laquelle des grains cristallins d'alumine présentent un rapport d'aspect moyen de 1,0 à 2,0; et une couche externe recouvrant de l'extérieur au moins une partie de la couche interne et dans laquelle des grains cristallins d'alumine présentent un rapport d'aspect moyen supérieur à 2,0, le corps fritté d'alumine étant exempt de silicium à l'exception des impuretés inévitables.
