FILTER AND FILTRATION ELEMENT
The invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering, in particular to filtration elements used in filters for purifying liquid and gaseous media. A filtration element comprises a supporting frame, a filtering screen consisting of at least two layers, a protective frame and drainage layers provided on the outside of the filtering screen and between the layers thereof, wherein the filtering screen is in an elastically stretched state. A filter as a whole can be produced on the basis of said filtration element. Designing the filtration element with an elastically pre-stretched filtering screen makes it possible to significantly simplify and automate the procedure of cleaning said filtration element during operation and helps to achieve the technical effect of raising the efficiency and operating reliability of the filtration element by providing the capability of self-cleaning of the filtration element during operation.
L'invention concerne le domaine des constructions mécaniques et notamment des éléments filtrants utilisés dans des filtres pour nettoyer des milieux liquides et gazeux. L'élément filtrant comprend une carcasse, un écran filtrant composé d'au moins deux couches, une carcasse de protection et des couches de drainage réalisées à l'extérieur de l'écran filtrant et entre ces couches, l'écran filtrant étant dans un état étiré de façon élastique. A base de chaque élément filtrant on a pu réaliser le filtre dans son ensemble. La réalisation d'un élément filtrant avec un écran filtrant étiré de manière élastique permet de simplifier et automatiser sensiblement la procédure de son nettoyage et favorise la réalisation d'un résultat technique et favorise un résultat technique qui consiste à augmenter l'efficacité de fonctionnement et de fiabilité de l'élément filtrat grâce à la possibilité de son auto-nettoyage pendant le processus de fonctionnement.

Выполнение фильтроэлемента с предварительно упруго растянутым фильтрующим экраном позволяет значительно упростить и автоматизировать процедуру его очистки при эксплуатации и способствует достижению технического результата, который заключается в повышении эффективности и надежности работы фильтроэлемента за счет обеспечения возможности его самоочищения в процессе работы.
