The present invention relates to a rooftop tent fixing device. Specifically, an embodiment of the present invention may provide a rooftop tent fixing device comprising: a clamp body which can be fixed to a fixing frame installed on the bottom surface of a rooftop tent in an attachable/detachable manner, the clamp body comprising a fixing surface member which contacts the fixing frame when fixed to the fixing frame, and first and second side surface members formed to extend in one direction from both side edges of the fixing surface member; a fastening member inserted and fastened into fastening holes formed in the first and second side surface members of the clamp body, respectively, the fastening member having a through-hole formed therein; and a fastening rod provided such that same can be inserted into the through-hole of the fastening member. The clamp body and another clamp body are connected and fixed to each other by the fastening rod, and a fixing beam installed on the vehicle's roof is interposed between the two clamp bodies fixed by the fastening rod. In this state, the fastening rod is rotated in one direction so as to decrease the interval between the two clamp bodies such that the clamp bodies can be fixed to the fixing beam.
