DEVICE FOR FIXING TENSION MEMBER
The present invention relates to a fixing device for fixing a tension member (10) to be fixed to a structure having a through-hole formed in a core part, and provides a device for fixing a tension member, the device comprising: a main body (100) having an upper through-hole (101) and a lower through-hole (102) and having an accommodation space formed therein; a wedge member (200), which has a tension member passing hole formed in a core part, has the lower end formed so as to be supported by the lower part of the main body (100) or the structure, and has a cross-sectional structure in which the outer peripheral surface gradually widens toward the lower side; an intermediate member (300) which has a wedge member fixing part (301) formed at the lower part thereof in a structure corresponding to the wedge member (200), so that the wedge member (200) is inserted therein and fixed thereto, and which is provided to press the wedge member (200) by downward driving; and a stopping means (400), which is formed at the intermediate member (300) so as not to disturb the downward driving of the intermediate member (300) during the downward driving of the intermediate member (300), and catch and support the intermediate member (300) by the main body (100) after the downward driving of the intermediate member (300) is complete, thereby restricting the upward driving of the intermediate member (300) so as to maintain the pressing state of the intermediate member (300) for the wedge member (200), and thus slip loss of the tension member and separation of the wedge member can be prevented.
La présente invention se rapporte à un dispositif de fixation permettant de fixer un élément de tension (10) devant être fixer à une structure ayant un trou traversant formé dans une partie centrale. À cet effet, l'invention concerne un dispositif de fixation pour un élément de tension, qui comprend : un corps principal (100) ayant un trou traversant supérieur (101) et un trou traversant inférieur (102) et ayant un espace de logement formé en son sein; un élément de coin (200), qui a un trou de passage d'élément de tension formé dans une partie centrale, a son extrémité inférieure formée de façon à être supportée par la partie inférieure du corps principal (100) ou la structure, et a une structure de section transversale dans laquelle la surface périphérique externe s'élargit progressivement vers le côté inférieur; un élément intermédiaire (300) qui a une partie de fixation d'élément de coin (301) formée au niveau de sa partie inférieure dans une structure correspondant à l'élément de coin (200), de telle sorte que l'élément de coin (200) est inséré à l'intérieur de celui-ci et fixé à celui-ci, et qui est disposé de façon à presser l'élément de coin (200) par entraînement vers le bas; et un moyen d'arrêt (400), qui est formé au niveau de l'élément intermédiaire (300) de façon à ne pas perturber l'entraînement vers le bas de l'élément intermédiaire (300) pendant l'entraînement vers le bas de l'élément intermédiaire (300), et retient et supporte l'élément intermédiaire (300) par le corps principal (100) après que l'entraînement vers le bas de l'élément intermédiaire (300) est achevé, limitant ainsi l'entraînement vers le haut de l'élément intermédiaire (300) de façon à maintenir l'état de pression de celui-ci (300) sur l'élément de coin (200), et ainsi la perte de glissement de l'élément de tension et la séparation de l'élément de coin peuvent être empêchées.
본 발명은 심부에 관통공이 형성된 정착대상 구조물에 대하여 인장부재(10)를 정착하기 위한 정착장치에 관한 것으로서, 상부 관통공(101) 및 하부 관통공(102)이 형성됨과 아울러, 내부에 수용공간이 형성된 본체(100); 심부에 인장부재 관통공이 형성됨과 아울러, 하단이 상기 본체(100)의 하부 또는 상기 정착대상 구조물에 의해 지지되도록 형성되며, 외주면이 하측를 향하여 점점 넓어지는 단면 구조로 설치된 쐐기부재(200); 상기 쐐기부재(200)가 삽입되어 정착하도록 하부에 쐐기부재 정착부(301)가 상기 쐐기부재(200)에 대응하는 구조로 형성되고, 하향 구동에 의해 상기 쐐기부재(200)를 압박하도록 설치된 중간부재(300); 상기 중간부재(300)의 하향 구동 중에는 상기 중간부재(300)의 하향 구동을 방해하지 않고, 상기 중간부재(300)의 하향 구동 완료 후에는 상기 중간부재(300)가 상기 본체(100)에 걸려 지지되도록 함에 따라 상기 중간부재(300)의 상향 구동을 구속하여 상기 쐐기부재(200)에 대한 상기 중간부재(300)의 압박상태를 유지하도록, 상기 중간부재(300)에 형성된 걸림수단(400);을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인장부재 정착장치를 제시함으로써, 인장부재의 슬립 손실을 방지하고, 쐐기부재의 이탈을 방지할 수 있도록 한다.
