DEVICE FOR CONTROLLING WORKING UNIT OF CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT
Provided is a device for controlling a working unit of construction equipment which comprises a hydraulic control device configured to hydraulically control a working unit and operated by an operating lever, a plurality of sub-electronic control units (ECU) electrically connected with the hydraulic control device, a main ECU configured to receive information on states of the hydraulic control device and the plurality of sub-ECUs, a relay configured to apply or cut off electric power to the plurality of sub-ECUs by a signal generated from the main ECU, and an emergency mode switch configured to turn an emergency mode on/off, wherein, when the emergency mode switch is turned on, the relay to which electric power is cut off according to a main ECU's failure diagnosis signal applies or cuts off electric power to the plurality of sub-ECUs by movement of the operating lever.
L'invention concerne un dispositif de commande d'une unité d'exploitation d'un équipement de construction qui comprend un dispositif de commande hydraulique conçu afin de commander hydrauliquement une unité d'exploitation et actionné par un levier d'actionnement, une pluralité de sous-unités de commande électronique (ECU) électriquement connectées au dispositif de commande hydraulique, une ECU principale configurée afin de recevoir des informations sur des états du dispositif de commande hydraulique et de la pluralité de sous-ECU, un relais conçu afin d'appliquer ou de couper une puissance électrique à/de la pluralité de sous-ECU par un signal généré à partir de l'ECU principale et un commutateur de mode d'urgence conçu afin d'activer/de désactiver un mode d'urgence, lorsque le commutateur de mode d'urgence est activé, le relais dont la puissance électrique est coupée selon un signal de diagnostic de défaillance de l'ECU principale appliquant ou coupant l'énerrgie électrique à/de la pluralité de sous-ECU par le mouvement du levier d'actionnement.
