In the present invention, an air-conditioning device having a connector receiving part is installed on a ceiling, and using wiring provided for the number of lighting fixtures installed in the surroundings of the air-conditioning device, the air-conditioning device and the plurality of lighting fixtures provided in the surrounding area thereof are electrically connected. In addition, the air-conditioning device supplies the power supply converted into a power supply for lighting fixtures to the plurality of electrically connected lighting fixtures. The wiring that is passed into to the ceiling space is led out from an opening in the ceiling material and wires are connected to the lighting fixtures, before installing the lighting fixtures in the ceiling. The controller is operated to control, using one device, the air-conditioning device and the plurality of lighting fixtures positioned in the surroundings of the air-conditioning device.
