A home-delivery management method according to the present invention includes: a first reception step (S22) for receiving receiver personal information transmitted from a first portable terminal (40) on the basis of an operation performed by a delivery person; and a first transmission step (S29) for transmitting the usage status of a home-delivery box used by the receiver associated with the personal information to the first portable terminal (40) if the received personal information has been recorded in a server device (20).
La présente invention concerne un procédé de gestion de livraison à domicile comprenant : une première étape de réception (S22) consistant à recevoir des informations personnelles de destinataire transmises à partir d'un premier terminal portatif (40) sur la base d'une opération effectuée par un livreur ; et une première étape de transmission (S29) consistant à transmettre l'état d'utilisation d'une boîte de livraison à domicile utilisée par le destinataire associé aux informations personnelles au premier terminal portatif (40) si les informations personnelles reçues ont été enregistrées dans un dispositif serveur (20).
宅配管理方法は、配達員の操作に基づいて第一携帯端末（４０）から送信される荷受人の個人情報を受信する第一受信ステップ（Ｓ２２）と、受信された個人情報がサーバ装置（２０）に登録されている場合に、個人情報に紐づけられた荷受人が使用する宅配ボックスの使用状態を第一携帯端末（４０）に送信する第一送信ステップ（Ｓ２９）とを含む。
