To provide a home delivery box system that can be locked/unlocked without the use of a dedicated key or PIN.SOLUTION: A management server 2 has a delivery box ID/recipient ID information storage section 21, a recipient information storage section 22 that stores the e-mail address of a mobile terminal 3 carried by a registered recipient, and an unlock code generation section 23 that generates an unlock code; when a home delivery box 1 containing a package is operated and the recipient performs predetermined locking operations including entering the room number, the home delivery box 1 is locked and the locking information including the delivery box ID and the entered room number is transmitted to the management server 2; upon receipt of the locking information, the management server 2 generates an unlock code to send back to the home delivery box, and also sends a notice of arrival and the generated unlock code by e-mail to the portable terminal 3 associated with the room number received; and an electric lock of the home delivery box 1 is unlocked by a predetermined operation of the portable terminal 3 to which the unlock code is transmitted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 専用キーや暗証番号を使用すること無く施錠／解錠できる宅配ボックスシステムを提供する。【解決手段】 管理サーバ２は宅配ボックスＩＤ／受取人ＩＤ情報記憶部２１と、登録された受取人が携行する携帯端末３のメールアドレスを記憶する受取人情報記憶部２２と、解錠コードを生成する解錠コード生成部２３とを有し、荷物を入れた宅配ボックス１が操作されて、受取人に部屋番号の入力を含む所定の施錠操作が成されると、宅配ボックス１は施錠されると共に、管理サーバ２に宅配ボックスＩＤ及び入力された部屋番号を含む施錠情報が送信され、施錠情報を受信した管理サーバ２は、解錠コードを生成して宅配ボックスに返信すると共に、受信した部屋番号に関連付けられている携帯端末３に、着荷通知及び生成した解錠コードをメール送信し、解錠コードが送信された携帯端末３の所定の操作で、宅配ボックス１の電気錠が解錠される。【選択図】 図１
