A high-intensity solubilizing liquid accelerator and a preparation method therefor, the liquid accelerator at least comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30 to 40 parts of aluminum sulfate, 5 to 10 parts of aluminum citrate, 2 to 8 parts of hydroxyethyl cellulose, 1 to 10 parts of pH regulators, 5 to 15 parts of complexing enhancers, 0.5 to 3 parts of stabilizing agents and the balance of water. With the introduction of hydroxyethyl cellulose for synthesizing the liquid accelerator and the combination of the complexing enhancers, stabilizing agents and the hydroxyethyl cellulose in the solution, a crosslinked reticular structure is formed, a good solubilizing effect may be achieved, the product concentration is as high as 80%, phenomena of layering and precipitation separation cannot occur, the product dissolution effect is good, and the transportation cost of the liquid accelerator may be reduced.
L'invention concerne un accélérateur liquide de solubilisation à haute intensité et son procédé de préparation, l'accélérateur liquide comprenant au moins les matières premières suivantes en parties en poids : 30 à 40 parties de sulfate d'aluminium, 5 à 10 parties de citrate d'aluminium, 2 à 8 parties d'hydroxyéthyl cellulose, 1 à 10 parties de régulateurs de pH, 5 à 15 parties d'exhausteurs de complexation, 0,5 à 3 parties d'agents de stabilisation et le reste d'eau. Avec l'introduction d'hydroxyéthyl cellulose pour synthétiser l'accélérateur liquide et la combinaison des activateurs de complexation, des agents de stabilisation et de la cellulose d'hydroxyéthyle dans la solution, une structure réticulaire réticulée est formée, un bon effet de solubilisation peut être obtenu, la concentration de produit atteint 80 %, la survenue de phénomènes de stratification et de séparation par précipitation n'est pas possible, l'effet de dissolution du produit est bon, et le coût de transport de l'accélérateur de liquide peut être réduit.
