GLASS UNIT
A glass unit according to the present invention comprises a first glass sheet, a second glass sheet which is disposed facing the first glass sheet at a predetermined interval and which forms an internal space between the first glass sheet and the second glass sheet, a sealing material for sealing a gap at the circumferential edge of the first glass sheet and the second glass sheet, and a plurality of spacers disposed between the first glass sheet and the second glass sheet, and the glass unit is configured so that the internal space is depressurized so as to attain a vacuum state or a predetermined gas is injected into the internal space, the thickness of the first and second glass sheets is 5 mm or less, the pitch of the spacers is 15 mm or greater, and the difference in height between the highest spacer and the lowest spacer is 0.01 mm or less.
La présente invention concerne une unité de vitrage qui comprend une première vitre, une seconde vitre qui est disposée face à la première vitre et à une distance prédéterminée de celle-ci, ce qui entraîne la présence d'un espace interne entre la première vitre et la seconde vitre, un matériau d'étanchéité pour sceller l'espace situé au niveau du bord circonférentiel de la première vitre et de la seconde vitre, et une pluralité d'éléments d'espacement disposés entre la première vitre et la seconde vitre. L'unité de vitrage est conçue de telle sorte que l'espace interne est dépressurisé de façon à atteindre un état de vide ou qu'un gaz prédéterminé est injecté dans l'espace interne, l'épaisseur des première et seconde vitres est inférieure ou égale à 5 mm, le pas entre les éléments d'espacement est égal ou supérieur à 15 mm et la différence de hauteur entre l'élément d'espacement le plus haut et l'élément d'espacement le plus bas est égale ou inférieure à 0,01 mm.
