A drying apparatus (100) for a water damaged floor structure (10), comprising a suction blower (60) for drawing wet process air from the floor structure (10), a sorption dehumidifier (50) for receiving the process air (68) from the suction blower (60) and converting it to dry air (58), a common cover (102) for the suction blower (60) and the dehumidifier, and a PTC element (160) for a sorption block (156) in the dehumidifier (50). According to the invention, the suction blower (60) is a side channel blower capable of heating the process air, and an additional blower (154) is arranged between the suction blower (60) and the sorption dehumidifier to increase the flow of the heated process air from the suction blower (60). In addition, the housing (102) has a sound and heat insulation (104, 106).
L'invention concerne un appareil (100) de séchage pour une structure (10) de sol endommagée par l'eau, comprenant un aspirateur-souffleur (60) destiné à retirer un air de traitement humide à partir d'une structure (10) de plancher, un déshumidificateur par sorption (50) destiné à recevoir l'air de traitement (68) à partir de l'aspirateur-souffleur (60) et le convertir en air sec (58), un couvercle commun (102) pour l'aspirateur-souffleur (60) et le déshumidificateur, et un élément PTC (160) pour un bloc de sorption (156) dans le déshumidificateur (50).
