A PRINTER NOZZLE, A PRINTER ASSEMBLY AND A METHOD OF PRINTING
A nozzle for a printhead of a 3D printer, the nozzle comprising a body having an inlet end adapted to feed print material into the nozzle and an outlet end adapted to deposit the print material onto a substrate, wherein the outlet end includes an opening that is adapted to receive a reinforcing member to be deposited on the substrate, the nozzle further including a shielding element located within the body that is adapted to shield a portion of the reinforcing member positioned within the opening from the print material during deposition of the print material.
L'invention concerne une buse pour une tête d'impression d'une imprimante 3D, la buse comprenant un corps ayant une extrémité d'entrée conçue pour acheminer une matière d'impression dans la buse et une extrémité de sortie conçue pour déposer la matière d'impression sur un substrat, l'extrémité de sortie comprenant une ouverture qui est conçue pour recevoir un élément de renforcement devant être déposé sur le substrat, la buse comprenant en outre un élément de protection situé à l'intérieur du corps qui est conçu pour protéger une partie de l'élément de renfort positionné à l'intérieur de l'ouverture vis-à-vis de la matière d'impression pendant le dépôt de la matière d'impression.

L'invention concerne une buse pour une tête d'impression d'une imprimante 3D, la buse comprenant un corps ayant une extrémité d'entrée conçue pour acheminer une matière d'impression dans la buse et une extrémité de sortie conçue pour déposer la matière d'impression sur un substrat, l'extrémité de sortie comprenant une ouverture qui est conçue pour recevoir un élément de renforcement devant être déposé sur le substrat, la buse comprenant en outre un élément de protection situé à l'intérieur du corps qui est conçu pour protéger une partie de l'élément de renfort positionné à l'intérieur de l'ouverture vis-à-vis de la matière d'impression pendant le dépôt de la matière d'impression.
