AUTO-AGITATING NOZZLE FOR CONSTRUCTION 3D PRINTER
The present invention relates to a 3D printer for construction that prints out various structures, in which a stirring blade (45) capable of auto rotation is mounted inside a nozzle (10) for discharging a printout such as concrete or mortar, thereby enabling the agitation of a fluidized bed printout. The present invention makes it possible to smoothly agitate the fluidized bed printout inside a nozzle (10) of the 3D printer for construction, thereby preventing separation of materials and maintaining a homogeneous mixing state of each material constituting the fluidized bed printout.
La présente invention se rapporte à une imprimante 3D destinée à la construction qui imprime diverses structures, dans laquelle une pale d'agitation (45) apte à une rotation automatique est montée à l'intérieur d'une buse (10) pour évacuer une sortie imprimée telle que du béton ou du mortier, permettant ainsi l'agitation d'une sortie imprimée à lit fluidisé. La présente invention permet d'agiter sans à-coups la sortie imprimée à lit fluidisé à l'intérieur d'une buse (10) de l'imprimante 3D destinée à la construction, empêchant ainsi la séparation des matériaux et maintenant un état de mélange homogène de chaque matériau constituant la sortie imprimée à lit fluidisé.
본 발명은 각종 구조물을 출력 성형하는 건설용 3D 프린터에 관한 것으로, 콘크리트 또는 모르타르 등의 출력물을 토출하는 노즐(10) 내부에 자력 회전이 가능한 교반익(45)을 장착하여, 노즐(10)내 유동상 출력물의 교반이 가능하도록 한 것이다. 본 발명을 통하여, 건설용 3D 프린터의 노즐(10) 내부 유동상 출력물에 대한 원활한 교반이 가능하며, 이로써 재료분리를 방지하고 유동상 출력물을 구성하는 각 재료의 균질 혼합 상태를 유지할 수 있다.
