A multilayer zirconia ceramic block having uniform transition and a preparation method. The formula of the zirconia ceramic block comprises, by mass fraction, 0-3% of lanthanum oxide, 1.5-16% of yttrium oxide, 0-2.5% of silicon carbide nanowhiskers, 0-1.5% of a coloring matter, and the balance of zirconia. The surface of the zirconia ceramic block is provided with a titanium nitride thin film. The core performance behaves well, and the multilayer zirconia ceramic block having uniform transition can meet both use and aesthetic requirements of a dental patient for dentures.
L'invention concerne un bloc céramique de zircone multicouche ayant une transition uniforme et un procédé de préparation associé. La formule du bloc céramique de zircone comprend, en masse, 0 à 3 % d'oxyde de lanthane, 1,5 à 16 % d'oxyde d'yttrium, 0 à 2,5 % de nanotrichites de carbure de silicium, 0 à 1,5 % d'une matière colorante, et le reste de zircone. La surface du bloc céramique de zircone est pourvue d'un film mince de nitrure de titane. Les performances de noyau sont satisfaisantes, et le bloc céramique de zircone multicouche ayant une transition uniforme peut satisfaire à la fois aux exigences d'utilisation et esthétiques d'un patient dentaire pour des prothèses dentaires.
