The present invention relates to the provision of a dental restoration material, from a dental hydraulic cement comprising ultrafine calcium silicate (UCS) particles, in presence of a limited amount of water, so that the hydraulic cement fast hardens while providing a material having suitable mechanical properties for dental restoration, and especially a high compressive strength.
La présente invention concerne la fourniture d'un matériau de restauration dentaire, à partir d'un ciment hydraulique dentaire comprenant du silicate de calcium ultrafin (UCS) en présence d'une quantité limitée d'eau, de telle sorte que le ciment hydraulique durcit rapidement tout en fournissant un matériau ayant des propriétés mécaniques appropriées pour la restauration dentaire, et en particulier une résistance à la compression élevée.
