METHOD FOR MOVABLE FORMWORK PASSING THROUGH HOLE, AND DEVICE FOR MOVABLE FORMWORK PASSING THROUGH HOLE
Provided are a method for a movable formwork passing through a hole, and a device for a movable formwork passing through a hole, which cannot affect the construction requirements and requirements for passing through a hole of under-deck self-propelled movable formworks. The method for a movable formwork passing through a hole comprises the following steps: assembling a movable formwork in place, adjusting the elevation of a form after pre-pressing is completed, and preparing to pour concrete after jacking and form assembly; curing the concrete after pouring is finished; hanging the whole movable formwork system by means of a front cross beam, a middle cross beam and a rear cross beam, dismantling a bracket and a bracket support leg, and moving a self-propelled trolley, the bracket and the bracket support leg to the next construction pier position; after same arrives in place, supporting the whole movable formwork system, dismantling a hanger system of the middle cross beam, the movable formwork falling as a whole, moving the movable formwork longitudinally under pushing of the self-propelled trolley, and the position of the rear cross beam being fixed; and moving the rear cross beam longitudinally and sliding same until the movable formwork, as a whole, longitudinally moves in place, and after same arrives in place, performing form assembly and jacking to conduct pouring construction of the next hole.
L'invention concerne un procédé pour coffrage mobile traversant un trou, et un dispositif pour coffrage mobile traversant un trou, qui ne peut pas affecter les exigences de construction et les exigences pour faire passer à travers un trou un coffrage mobile automoteur sous le tablier.
