GRADIENT COMPOSITION ZIRCONIA DENTAL MATERIALS
Provided are pre-sintered and sintered zirconia dental ceramic materials. The materials have a gradient in yttria content. The materials may have a gradient in one or more physical/mechanical property and/or one or more optical property. The materials may be made by mixing at least two zirconia ceramic powders having different yttria content. A sintered zirconia dental ceramic material may be in the form of a dental article.
L'invention concerne des matériaux céramiques dentaires en zircon frittés pré-frittés et frittés. Les matériaux présentent un gradient de teneur en oxyde d'yttrium. Les matériaux peuvent présenter un gradient dans une ou plusieurs propriétés physiques/mécaniques et/ou une ou plusieurs propriétés optiques. Les matériaux peuvent être fabriqués par mélange d'au moins deux poudres de céramique de zircone ayant des teneurs en oxyde d'yttrium différentes. Un matériau céramique dentaire fritté en zircone peut se présenter sous la forme d'un article dentaire.
