A water heater comprising: a heater tank with a heater tank inlet and a heater tank outlet; and a valve disposed upstream of the heater tank inlet, the valve comprising: a valve body comprising a valve body inlet, a valve body outlet in fluid communication with the heater tank inlet and a valve member disposed between the valve body inlet and the valve body outlet, the valve member being operable to control water flow from the valve body inlet to the valve body outlet; wherein the valve body outlet is disposed in a first plane and the valve body inlet is disposed in a second plane, the first plane and the second plane being non-parallel with each other and the valve body inlet is rotatable about an axis that is normal to the first plane and passes through the valve body outlet.
L'invention concerne un chauffe-eau comprenant : un réservoir de chauffage ayant une entrée de réservoir de chauffage et une sortie de réservoir de chauffage ; et une soupape disposée en amont de l'entrée de réservoir de chauffage, la soupape comprenant : un corps de soupape comprenant une entrée de corps de soupape, une sortie de corps de soupape en communication fluidique avec l'entrée de réservoir de chauffage et un élément de soupape disposé entre l'entrée de corps de soupape et la sortie de corps de soupape, l'élément de soupape étant utilisable pour commander l'écoulement d'eau de l'entrée de corps de soupape à la sortie de corps de soupape ; la sortie de corps de soupape étant disposée dans un premier plan et l'entrée de corps de soupape étant disposée dans un second plan, le premier plan et le second plan étant non parallèles l'un à l'autre et l'entrée de corps de soupape pouvant tourner autour d'un axe qui est perpendiculaire au premier plan et passe à travers la sortie de corps de soupape.
