CARBONACEOUS UNSHAPED REFRACTORY
The present invention provides a carbonaceous unshaped refractory that presents no problems in terms of safety and hygiene, imposes a relatively low burden on the global environment, and has sufficient function and features during furnace installation and operation. This carbonaceous unshaped refractory is configured from a mixture of a natural carbon material and an edible aqueous binder solution, and is such that the total amount of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons is 100 ppm or less. The natural carbon material is preferably obtained by mixing one or more from among anthracite, calcined anthracite, and natural graphite. The edible aqueous binder solution is preferably obtained by mixing one or more from among water-soluble polysaccharides and synthetic thickeners, and preferably is a viscous material having a viscosity of 500-20,000 cp at 20°C.
La présente invention concerne un réfractaire non façonné carboné qui ne présente pas de problèmes en termes de sécurité et d'hygiène, impose une charge relativement faible sur l'environnement global, et présente une fonction et des caractéristiques suffisantes pendant l'installation et le fonctionnement du four. Ce réfractaire non façonné carboné est configuré à partir d'un mélange d'un matériau de carbone naturel et d'une solution de liant aqueux comestible, et est tel que la quantité totale d'hydrocarbures aromatiques polycycliques est inférieure ou égale à 100 ppm. Le matériau de carbone naturel est de préférence obtenu par mélange d'un ou de plusieurs parmi l'anthracite, l'anthracite calcinée et le graphite naturel. La solution de liant aqueux comestible est de préférence obtenue par mélange d'un ou de plusieurs polysaccharides solubles dans l'eau et d'épaississants synthétiques, et de préférence est un matériau visqueux ayant une viscosité de 500 à 20 000 cp à 20° C.
