The invention relates to a method for constructing a building (1), comprising the steps of: - producing a concrete load-bearing infrastructure (2) with a core (3) which houses (a) staircase(s) and/or (an) elevator(s), - attaching prefabricated housing modules (10) to the infrastructure, wherein the modules are assembled together and at least part of the modules adjacent to the core are assembled to the latter.
Procédé de construction d'un bâtiment (1), comportant les étapes consistant à : - Réaliser une infrastructure porteuse en béton (2) avec un noyau (3) abritant escalier(s) et/ou ascenseur(s), - rapporter des modules d'habitation préfabriqués (10) sur l'infrastructure, les modules étant assemblés entre eux et une partie au moins des modules adjacents au noyau étant assemblée à ce dernier.
