CONSTRUCTION METHOD AND DEVICE FOR FULL-CASING COMPOSITE EXPANDED DISK PILE
A construction method for a full-casing composite expanded disk pile, comprising: performing jet stirring at a preset position to form a composite consolidation body (301, 302), wherein the preset position comprises the preset disk position of a pile structure, and/or the pile end position of the pile structure; then pressing down a casing (303), and using a drill (304) to construct a pile hole according to a pre-designed pile structure, wherein when the pre-designed pile structure comprises a disk body (309), a disk cavity (306) is formed at a pre-designed disk body position; and then lifting a steel cage (307) and lowering a concrete pouring pipe to the pile hole, pouring concrete (308) so that the pile hole and/or the disk cavity is filled with the concrete (308), and the concrete (308) hardens and then becomes the pile body in the pile hole, and becomes the disk body (309) at the disk cavity (306).
L'invention concerne un procédé de construction d'un pieu à disque expansé composite à enveloppe complète, comprenant les étapes consistant à : réaliser une agitation par jet à une position prédéfinie pour former un corps (301, 302) de consolidation composite, la position prédéfinie comprenant la position de disque prédéfinie d'une structure de pieu, et/ou la position d'extrémité de pieu de la structure de pieu ; puis presser vers le bas un boîtier (303), et utiliser un foret (304) pour creuser un trou de pieu selon une structure de pieu pré-conçue, lorsque la structure de pieu pré-conçue comprend un corps (309) de disque, une cavité (306) de disque étant formée au niveau d'une position de corps de disque pré-conçu ; et ensuite soulever une cage en acier (307) et abaisser une conduite d'injection de béton au trou du pieu, couler le béton (308) de sorte que le trou de pieu et/ou la cavité de disque soit remplis de béton (308), et que le béton (308) durcisse puis devienne le corps de pieu dans le trou de pieu, et devienne le corps (309) de disque dans la cavité (306) de disque.
