During working, the crawler chassis moves to the outer side of an embedded pile casing, so that a groove of the U-shaped top plate moves to the outer ring of the embedded pile casing, the hydraulic cylinder pushes the U-shaped top plate to be lifted, so that the U-shaped top plate is aligned with the top of the embedded pile casing, a crane lifts a new pile casing to the top of the U-shaped top plate, and the electric push cylinders on the periphery push the new pile casing to move; and the new pile casing is aligned with the buried pile casing, so that the operation difficulty of constructors is reduced, and the construction efficiency of the constructors is improved.
