Ein Verfahren zur Aufbereitung eines mineralischen Feststoffgemisches, insbesondere von Straßenaufbruchmaterial, das Verunreinigungen mit aromatischen und/oder aliphatischen Kohlenwasserstoffen enthält, wobei das Feststoffgemisch auf eine Temperatur unterhalb von 570 °C erwärmt wird, wobei das Feststoffgemisch in mindestens einem beheizten drehenden, trommelartigen Apparat (3a, 3b, 3c, 3d) erwärmt wird und wenigstens durch einen Behälter (4, 4a, 5, 5b) hindurchgeführt wird und wobei das Feststoffgemisch während des Erwärmens oder nach dem Erwärmen einem Unterdrück ausgesetzt wird und wobei die Kohlenwasserstoffe dem erwärmten Feststoffgemisch durch den Unterdrück entzogen werden und durch thermische Verbrennung unschädlich gemacht werden.
The invention relates to a method for treating a mineral solid mixture, in particular of road construction waste material, which contains contaminants comprising aromatic and/or aliphatic hydrocarbons, wherein the solid mixture is heated to a temperature below 570°C, characterized in that the solid mixture is heated in at least one heated, rotating, drum-like apparatus (3a, 3b, 3c, 3d) and guided at least through a container (4, 4a, 5, 5b) and in that the solid mixture is subjected to a negative pressure during heating or after heating and in that the hydrocarbons are extracted from the heated solid mixture by the negative pressure and made harmless by thermal combustion.
L'invention concerne un procédé pour traiter un mélange de matières solides minérales, notamment de matériaux issus de la démolition de chaussées, qui contiennent des impuretés contenant des hydrocarbures aromatiques et/ou aliphatiques, le mélange de matières solides étant chauffé à une température inférieure à 570 °C. Le procédé selon l'invention est caractérisé en ce que le mélange de matières solides est chauffé dans au moins un appareil (3a) de type tambour rotatif chauffé et amené à passer par au moins un récipient (4a, 5, 5b), le mélange de matières solides est soumis à une dépression pendant ou après le chauffage, et les hydrocarbures sont extraits du mélange de matières solides chauffé sous l'effet de la dépression et rendus inoffensifs par combustion thermique.
