USED ASPHALT QUANTITY ESTIMATING SYSTEM, ASPHALT PLANT, AND USED ASPHALT QUANTITY ESTIMATING METHOD
In an asphalt plant 100 for producing an asphalt mixture by using a mixer 7 to mix an aggregate containing recycled aggregate with new asphalt, a used asphalt quantity estimating system 15 is provided with: image capturing devices 9a, 9b, 9c for capturing images of the recycled aggregate R; an image analyzing unit 11 for performing image analysis processing of image data captured by the image capturing devices 91, 9b, 9c; and a used asphalt quantity estimating unit 12 for estimating the quantity of used asphalt contained in the recycled aggregate R, on the basis of the result of the image analysis processing performed by the image analyzing unit 11.
Dans une usine de bitume (100), pour produire un mélange de bitume en utilisant un mélangeur (7) pour mélanger un agrégat contenant un agrégat recyclé avec de nouveaux bitumes, un système d'estimation de quantité de bitume usagé (15) comporte : des dispositifs de capture d'image (9a, 9b, 9c) pour capturer des images de l'agrégat recyclé (R) ; une unité d'analyse d'image (11) pour effectuer un traitement d'analyse d'image de données d'image capturées par les dispositifs de capture d'image (9a, 9b, 9c) ; et une unité d'estimation de quantité de bitume usagé (12) pour estimer la quantité de bitume usagé contenue dans l'agrégat recyclé (R), sur la base du résultat du traitement d'analyse d'image effectué par l'unité d'analyse d'image (11).
