ASPHALT MIXING MATERIAL PLANT HAVING MEASURING PART FOR INPUT QUANTITY
An asphalt mixture plant equipped with an input amount measuring unit according to the present invention includes: a cold bin; a first conveyor belt provided at a lower side of the cold bin to convey recycled aggregate discharged to an outside of the cold bin by a predetermined distance; a second conveyor belt receiving the recycled aggregate conveyed by the predetermined distance through the first conveyor belt and delivering the received recycled aggregate to an indirect dryer that is a subsequent process; an additional dryer drying the recycled aggregate by an indirect heating mode; a hot elevator transporting general aggregate dried in another dryer to a predetermined height; a trolley installed to measure a recycled asphalt mixture and to reciprocate to accommodate and transport the recycled asphalt mixture; a mixer mixing a filling material with the recycled asphalt mixture after completion of the measurement in the trolley; and an input amount measuring unit installed at one side to measure an input amount of the recycled asphalt mixture inputted toward the mixer through the trolley. The recycled asphalt mixture is supplied toward the mixture mixer after the input amount of the recycled asphalt mixture supplied to the mixture mixer is accurately measured.
본 발명은 콜드빈과; 상기 콜드빈의 하측에 구비되어 상기 콜드빈의 외부로 배출되는 순환 골재를 일정 거리 이송시키는 제1컨베이어 벨트와; 상기 제1컨베이어 벨트에 의하여 일정 거리 이송된 순환 골재를 전달받아 후속 공정인 간접드라이어 측으로 전달하는 제2컨베이어 벨트와; 순환 골재를 간접가열 방식에 의하여 건조시키는 별도의 드라이어와; 타 드라이어에서 건조가 이루어진 일반 골재를 일정 높이로 이송시키는 핫엘리베이터와; 순환 아스팔트 혼합물이 계량되도록 하며, 상기 순환 아스팔트 혼합물을 수용하여 이송할 수 있도록 왕복 운동가능하게 설치되는 트롤리와; 상기 트롤리에서 계량이 완료된 순환 아스팔트 혼합물이 투입되어 채움재와 믹싱되도록 하는 믹서와; 상기 트롤리를 통하여 상기 믹서 측으로 투입되는 상기 순환 아스팔트 혼합물의 투입량을 측정할 수 있도록 일측에 설치되는 투입량 측정부를; 포함하여 구성됨으로써, 혼합물 믹서 측으로 공급되는 순환 아스팔트 혼합물의 투입량을 정확하게 측정한 후에 혼합물 믹서 측으로 순환 아스팔트 혼합물의 공급이 이루어지도록 할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
