METHOD FOR PREPARING SILICON NITRIDE SINTERED BODY, AND SILICON NITRIDE SINTERED BODY PREPARED THEREBY
The present invention relates to a method for preparing a silicon nitride sintered body, and a silicon nitride sintered body prepared thereby, the method comprising the steps of: thermally treating raw material powder in which silicon nitride powder and an oxide-based sintering aid are mixed; and sintering a product formed by passing through the thermal-treatment step, wherein the product formed by passing through the thermal-treatment step comprises 70 to 90 parts by weight of α-silicon nitride and 10 to 30 parts by weight of β-silicon nitride.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un corps fritté en nitrure de silicium et un corps fritté en nitrure de silicium ainsi préparé, le procédé comprenant les étapes consistant : à traiter thermiquement une poudre de matière première dans laquelle une poudre de nitrure de silicium et un auxiliaire de frittage à base d'oxyde sont mélangés ; et à fritter un produit formé par passage à travers l'étape de traitement thermique, le produit formé par passage à travers l'étape de traitement thermique comprenant de 70 à 90 parties en poids de nitrure d'α-silicium et de 10 à 30 parties en poids de nitrure de β-silicium.
