The present invention relates to a window/door assembly having a ventilation function and a horizontal sealing function and, more particularly, to a horizontal sealing window/door assembly capable of implementing crime-prevention and security functions because opening of a window is prevented even when the window is slightly open to allow ventilation with the outside. To achieve the purpose, the present invention provides a window/door assembly having a ventilation function and a horizontal sealing function, the window/door assembly comprising: a window frame and a window casing on which the window frame is slidably installed; a handle rotatably installed on the window frame; a latch portion which is provided on a side of the window frame, and moves in the vertical direction in conjunction with the movement of the handle; a latch guide which is provided on the window casing at an opposing position facing the latch portion and in which the latch portion is caught or not caught depending on the position of the latch portion; and a horizontal moving device which is provided on at least one of the top side or bottom side of the window frame and interacts with the handle such that the window frame is horizontally sealed with the window casing or is released from horizontal sealing with the window casing, in accordance with the movement of the handle. Because the latch portion and the latch guide are interlocked, when the sealed state of the window with the window casing due to the horizontal sealing device is released, ventilation is possible through a gap between the window, but the window can be moved to a limited extent to form the gap, and the window is prevented from being freely opened.

La présente invention concerne un ensemble fenêtre/porte ayant une fonction de ventilation et une fonction d'étanchéité horizontale et, plus particulièrement, à un ensemble fenêtre/porte d'étanchéité horizontale capable de mettre en œuvre des fonctions de prévention de crime et de sécurité du fait que l'ouverture d'une fenêtre est empêchée même lorsque celle-ci est légèrement ouverte pour permettre une ventilation avec l'extérieur. L'objectif de l'invention est d'atteindre cet objectif, la présente invention concerne un ensemble fenêtre/porte ayant une fonction de ventilation et une fonction d'étanchéité horizontale, l'ensemble fenêtre/porte comprenant : un cadre de fenêtre et un encadrement de fenêtre sur lequel le cadre de fenêtre est installé de manière coulissante ; une poignée montée rotative sur le cadre de fenêtre ; une partie de verrouillage qui est disposée sur un côté du cadre de fenêtre, et se déplace dans la direction verticale conjointement avec le mouvement de la poignée ; un guide de verrouillage qui est disposé sur l'encadrement de fenêtre au niveau d'une position opposée faisant face à la partie de verrouillage et dans lequel la partie de verrouillage est prise ou non prise en fonction de sa position ; et un dispositif de déplacement horizontal qui est disposé sur au moins l'un du côté supérieur ou du côté inférieur du cadre de fenêtre et qui interagit avec la poignée de telle sorte que le cadre de fenêtre est scellé horizontalement avec l'encadrement de fenêtre ou est libéré de l'étanchéité horizontale avec l'encadrement de fenêtre, en fonction du mouvement de la poignée. Du fait que la partie de verrouillage et le guide de verrouillage sont verrouillés, lorsque l'état scellé de la fenêtre avec l'encadrement de fenêtre dû au dispositif d'étanchéité horizontal est libéré, la ventilation est possible à travers un espace entre la fenêtre, mais la fenêtre peut être déplacée dans une mesure limitée pour former l'espace, et la fenêtre est empêchée d'être librement ouverte.

본 발명은 환기 기능 및 수평 밀착 기능을 갖는 창호 조립체에 관한 것으로서, 구체적으로는 창문이 살짝 열려져서 외부와 환기가 가능한 상태에서도 창문의 개방이 방지되어 방범 및 보안 기능을 구현할 수 있는 수평 밀착 창호 조립체에 관한 것이다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명은, 창문 프레임 및 창문 프레임이 슬라이드 이동가능하게 설치되는 창틀과; 창문 프레임에 회동 가능하게 설치되는 핸들과; 창문 프레임의 측면에 마련되어 핸들의 움직임과 연동되어 상하 방향으로 움직이는 걸림부와; 창틀에 마련되되 걸림부가 마주보는 상대 위치에 마련되며, 걸림부의 위치에 따라서 상기 걸림부가 걸리게 되거나 걸리게 되지 않는 걸림 가이드와; 상기 창문 프레임의 상면 또는 하면 중 적어도 하나에 마련되고 핸들과 연동되어 핸들의 움직임에 따라서, 상기 창문 프레임을 창틀에 수평 밀착 시키거나 수평 밀착을 해제시키는 수평 이동 장치를 포함하며, 상기 걸림부 및 상기 걸림 가이드 간에 걸림 작용이 되면서, 수평 밀착 장치에 의한 창문의 창틀에 대한 밀착 상태가 해제되는 경우, 창문과 창틀 사이의 틈에 의하여 환기가 가능하면서도, 틈을 형성하도록 창문이 제한적으로 움직이되, 창문의 자유로운 개방 작용이 방지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 환기 기능 및 수평 밀착 기능을 갖는 창호 조립체를 제공한다.
