The invention relates to an insulating blackout system (10) for reducing heat loss in an opening (14) in a building wall (12), the system comprising: - an embrasure (100) enclosing said opening (14), and comprising a bottom portion, a top portion and side portions, - the wall (12) having said opening (14), said wall having a first face (12a) and a second face (12b), wherein: a) the system also comprises at least one blackout shutter (16), b) the shutter (16) and the embrasure (100) together form an anti-heat bridge arrangement, c) the system (10) also comprises an air seal element (107) arranged between the embrasure (100) and the shutter (16), and d) the embrasure (100) comprises a thermally insulating connecting region covering the opening (14) and the portion of the second face (12b) of the building wall which surrounds the opening (14).
L'invention concerne un système occultant (10) isolant pour réduire les pertes thermiques dans une ouverture (14) d'une paroi (12) de bâtiment, ledit système comportant : - une embrasure (100) délimitant, en l'entourant, cette ouverture (14), et comprenant une portion basse, une portion haute et des portions latérales, -la paroi (12) présentant cette ouverture (14), cette paroi présentant une première face (12a) et une deuxième face (12b), dans lequel : a / ledit système comporte en outre au moins un volet occultant (16), b / ledit volet (16) et ladite embrasure (100) formant entre eux un agencement empêchant un pont thermique, cl ledit système (10) comporte en outre un élément d'étanchéité à l'air (107) disposé entre l'embrasure (100) et le volet (16), d / ladite embrasure (100) comporte une zone de liaison thermiquement isolante couvrant l'ouverture (14) et la portion de la deuxième face (12b) de la paroi du bâtiment qui entoure l'ouverture (14).
