LOCK DEVICE FOR EXTENDABLE AND RETRACTABLE RAIL DEVICE FOR RAILWAY WORK VEHICLE
[Problem] To provide a lock device that prevents a movable rail in a retracted position in an extendable and retractable rail device from unexpectedly extending. [Solution] A lock device 3 comprises a main body 4 and a stopper key 5. The main body 4 has: a frame 6; a stopper member 7 pivotally supported on the frame 6; and a stopper block 8 that is movable in the frame 6 so as to restrain the stopper member 7 in a lock position and to release the stopper member 7 therefrom. The frame 6 has an insertion hole 63 composed of an insertion-removal hole 63a and a movement hole 63b, and the stopper block 8 has a through-hole 8a corresponding to the insertion-removable hole 63a. The stopper key 5 can be inserted from the insertion-removal hole 63a into the through-hole 8a of the stopper block 8 in a restraining position and moved in the movement hole 63b together with the stopper block 8 to a release position, but cannot be removed and inserted.
Le problème à résoudre par la présente invention est de réaliser un dispositif de verrouillage qui empêche un rail mobile dans une position rétractée d'un dispositif de rail extensible et rétractable de s'étendre de manière inattendue. La solution porte sur un dispositif de verrouillage (3) comprenant un corps principal (4) et une clavette de butée (5). Le corps principal (4) comprend : un cadre (6) ; une butée (7) qui est soutenue pivotante sur le cadre (6) ; et un bloc d'arrêt (8) qui est mobile dans le cadre (6) de façon à retenir la butée (7) dans une position de verrouillage et à la libérer de cette position. Le cadre (6) comporte un trou d'insertion (63) composé d'un trou d'insertion-retrait (63a) et d'un trou de déplacement (63b), et le bloc d'arrêt (8) comporte un trou traversant (8a) correspondant au trou d'insertion-retrait (63a). La clavette de butée (5) peut être insérée depuis le trou d'insertion-retrait (63a) dans le trou traversant (8a) du bloc d'arrêt (8) dans une position de retenue et déplacée dans le trou de déplacement (63b) conjointement avec le bloc d'arrêt (8) jusqu'à une position de libération, mais ne peut pas être retirée et insérée.
【課題】伸縮レール装置において、収縮位置にある可動レールが、予期せずに伸張動作するのを防止するロック装置を提供する。 【解決手段】ロック装置３は、本体４と、ストッパキー５とを具備する。本体４は、フレーム６と、これに枢支されるストッパ部材７と、これをロック位置に拘束、解放するようにフレーム６内で移動自在のストッパブロック８とを具備する。フレーム６は、抜き差し孔部６３ａと移動孔部６３ｂとからなる挿通孔６３を具備し、ストッパブロック８は、抜き差し孔部６３ａに対応する貫通孔８ａを具備する。拘束位置にあるストッパブロック８の貫通孔８ａに抜き差し孔部６３ａから、ストッパキー５を貫通させ、移動孔部６３ｂ内をストッパブロック８を伴って解放位置まで移動できるが、抜き差しできない。
