SANITARY WARE
The present invention discloses a sanitary ware which is capable of achieving a good balance between low water absorption and lightweightness. This sanitary ware is provided with a glaze layer and a ware base material that is composed of a vitreous body; and a part of the base material is exposed to the outside without having the glaze layer. The base material contains (A) anorthite and (B) an alkali component; and the amount of the alkali component is from 5% by weight to 10% by weight in terms of oxide (A2O) relative to the base material.
La présente invention concerne un article sanitaire qui permet d'obtenir un bon équilibre entre une faible absorption d'eau et une légèreté. Cet article sanitaire est pourvu d'une couche de glaçure et d'un matériau de base d'article qui est composé d'un corps vitreux ; et une partie du matériau de base est exposée à l'extérieur sans comporter la couche de glaçure. Le matériau de base contient (A) de l'anorthite et (B) un composant alcalin ; et la quantité du composant alcalin est de 5 % en poids à 10 % en poids en termes d'oxyde (A2O) par rapport au matériau de base.
