VERFAHREN ZUR HERSTELLUNG EINER KERAMISCHEN BIEGEFORM FÜR GLASSCHEIBEN
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer keramischen Biegeform (K) für Glasscheiben, umfassend die folgenden Verfahrensschritte: (A) Bestimmung der Kontaktfläche (F-K) der Biegeform (K), (B) Herstellen einer Modellform (1) mit einer Modellfläche (F-1), welche der Kontaktfläche (F-K) entspricht, (C) Versehen der Modellfläche (F-1) mit Matten (3) aus keramischen Fasern oder Glasfasern, welche mit einer keramischen Suspension getränkt sind, wobei die Matten (3) auf der Trennschicht (2) angeordnet und getrocknet werden, wodurch eine keramische Hohlform (4) mit der Kontaktfläche (F-K) entsteht, (D) Entfernen der keramischen Hohlform (4) von der Modellform (1), (E) Versehen der keramischen Hohlform (4) mit einem keramischen oder metallenen Stabilisierungsgerüst (5), (F) Brennen der keramischen Hohlform (4) mit dem Stabilisierungsgerüst (5), wodurch die keramische Biegeform (K) entsteht.
