Disclosed is an electric refrigeration appliance, comprising: a box body defining a refrigeration compartment; a housing body arranged within the refrigeration compartment, with the housing body defining a housing and being configured to contain an abutting port of a water filter; and a door assembly for selectively entering the housing. The door assembly comprises: an entrance door rotatably mounted on the housing body; a guide pin mounted on the housing body; a guide rod having a first end and a second end opposite the first end, wherein the first end is rotatably mounted on the entrance door, and the second end defines a slot slidably containing the guide pin therein; a friction washer which is mounted on the guide pin adjacent to the guide rod; and a spring member mounted on the guide pin and configured to enable the friction washer to abut against the guide rod so as to resist the movement of the entrance door.
